At euGo, each piece is handcrafted with precision, care, and intention.
Because every item is made in small quantities—or fully customized to your order—our policy is designed to protect both our clients and our craftsmanship.

1. Returns

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 calendar days of delivery for Ready-to-Wear (RTW) products only.
Returned items must be:
    •    Unused, unworn, and undamaged
    •    In their original packaging with all accessories and inserts included

We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, alteration, or misuse.
Refunds will exclude original shipping costs and will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
    •    Custom-made, bespoke, or personalized products
    •    Orthopedic footwear or medical-related products
    •    Any item that has been worn, modified, or customized after purchase
    •    Discounted or clearance products

Each of these is uniquely crafted for its owner, and thus cannot be resold or repurposed.

3. Defects & Repairs

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at eugo@eugocraft.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If confirmed, we will gladly repair, replace, or offer store credit at our discretion.
Return shipping costs will be covered by euGo only if the issue resulted from our mistake.

Before sending any item back, please contact us for return approval and instructions.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Approved refunds are issued via your original payment method or as store credit.

We believe handcrafted goods should live long, evolving beautifully with time.
To honor your trust and encourage sustainable use, all euGo clients receive a lifetime 10% discount on any future repair, restoration, or maintenance service for products purchased from us.

This benefit:
    •    Applies to all euGo products (custom, RTW, and leather goods)
    •    Has no expiration date
    •    May be redeemed at our Burlingame workshop or by mail (shipping paid by customer)
