1. Processing Time
Each euGo product is handcrafted with care and precision.

Ready-to-Wear items are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom and bespoke orders require additional production time, which will be communicated individually at the time of purchase.
We do not ship on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery
All orders are shipped from our Burlingame, California workshop using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Delivery times vary by destination:

Domestic (U.S.) orders: 3–7 business days

International orders: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and location
Customers will receive an email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

4. Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We ensure that every order is carefully packed before shipping. However, euGo is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
